Because our services involve planning, consultation, digital work, campaign preparation, and professional time allocation, refunds are handled based on the service progress and the condition of each order.


2. Refund Before Work Starts

If you request a refund before any work has started, we may provide a full or partial refund after deducting payment gateway fees, administrative costs, or other non-refundable charges.


3. Refund After Work Has Started

Once project work, consultation, strategy preparation, design, campaign setup, website development, SEO work, or any other service activity has started, refunds may not be available in full.


4. Non-Refundable Services

The following may be non-refundable:

  • Completed consultation sessions
  • Completed strategy documents
  • Completed design or content work
  • Website development work that has already started
  • Advertising budget already spent on third-party platforms
  • SEO, campaign setup, or technical work already performed

5. Advertising Budget

If your service includes paid ads, any advertising budget already spent on platforms such as Google, Meta, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or other third-party platforms cannot be refunded by us.


6. Service Cancellation

You may request cancellation by contacting us. We will review the project status and inform you whether a refund, partial refund, credit, or alternative solution is possible.


7. Processing Time

Approved refunds may take several business days to process, depending on the payment method, bank, and payment gateway provider.
